We're looking for ambitious students to join our 2026 Global Research Evidence Lab Graduate Talent Program.




You'll get to




learn how research analysts and investors could incorporate alternative data products into their investment process


work closely with a global team of researchers, data engineers, and business analysts on building innovative data solutions that address investment debates


transform large structured and unstructured data sets into actionable insights.

Your team




You'll be working in the UBS Evidence Lab team in London. Turning data into evidence, the UBS Evidence Lab is a sell-side team of experts that work across various specialized areas creating insight-ready datasets by applying a combination of tools and techniques to harvest, cleanse, and connect billions of data items each month. The library of assets, covering 1000s of companies, across all sectors and regions, is designed to help answer the questions that matter to investment decisions.

Your expertise




We're looking for a candidate who




is graduating between September 2024 and September 2026


has or is on track for or has a 2.1 (UK grading system) in their first undergraduate degree


has fundamental understanding of financial statement analyses


has advanced excel skills and experience with SQL, R, Python preferred


has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative


is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills

Your program




Our Graduate Talent Program is 18 month long and is designed to help you develop the skills you need to grow your career. To start, the program introduces you to our firm, provides professional and technical training and teaches you core skills and knowledge about the Evidence Lab. And it continues from there: by learning from your colleagues, you'll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and build your network. You'll have the opportunity to see beyond your job by participating in one, or more, rotations. If you're ready to work where no two days are the same, this program is for you.
