Duration: 13 months
Start date: 1st July 2026
End date: 31st July 2027
Eligibility: You're currently an undergraduate pursuing your Bachelor's degree on your penultimate year of study, looking for a placement year/sandwich year - Graduating in 2028
Hybrid: 3 days per week in the office, 2 days per week work from home
About the role
This role sits within the International Strategy and Operations team. This team acts as the central hub, connecting and coordinating all marketing plans across the international Marketing organisation. Working closely with key stakeholders, the team leads initiatives in planning, prioritisation, and operational effectiveness, while also managing budget planning and oversight.
What you will do
Collaborate with the finance lead to assist in budget management and support operational effectiveness for GMO International.
Participate in initiatives aimed at improving processes across GMO International, including developing, implementing, and optimizing dashboards.
Provide support for both annual and quarterly budgeting and planning activities within GMO International.
Assist other members of the Strategy and Operations team to gain exposure to broader strategy and planning processes.
What you need to succeed
You're studying Finance, Marketing, Business Management--or any discipline that shows your passion for marketing and data.
You're fluent in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint. Bonus points if you've dabbled in Power BI.
You're curious, proactive, and ready to flex across different tasks and challenges.
You've got strong communication skills and know how to work well with others.
You're detail-oriented and take pride in getting things right.
You're organised and know how to manage your time efficiently

Presentation - Candidates will be asked to prepare and deliver a short presentation on a given topic. (virtual or in-person)
