Lincoln - The Lincoln Rural Professional team are a friendly and energetic team of seven dealing with all aspects of professional consultancy work including valuations and compulsory purchase, strategic advice for rural estates and property across the East Midlands and beyond, including private clients, institutions, public sector and corporate clients.
The team sit within Savills Lincoln office, which provide rural estate management, farm agency, food and farming consultancy and residential estate agency services.
London - We have an opening for a Sandwich Year Placement Student to support our dynamic, fast paced and forward thinking Rural Professional team in Margaret Street, London. The team provides core valuation and consultancy services to a range of institutional, private and public sector clients with a focus on rural property portfolios, landed estates and prime agricultural property across central England. This is a unique role with a varied workload and the role requires someone proactive, efficient and organised. Training and support towards the RICS APC Rural or Valuation Pathway will be provided as part of the role.
"As a sandwich placement student on the rural pathway, no one day is the same, you will receive the same exposure as a Graduate. In a typical day, a sandwich placement student could be gaining experience walking boundaries and inspecting properties, collating comparable evidence for valuations, dealing with residential, commercial or agricultural landlord and tenant issues, carrying out compulsory purchase advice or negotiating terms for access agreements and easements. The breadth of experience that Savills Placement Students obtain is second to none."
