21 hrs Per week, Mon - Sun (3 out of 7 days)

Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic sales advisor to join our little dynamic team. We need someone who is fully flexible, being able to work any day of the week and to cover when needed. In this role you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers in finding products that are right for them and driving sales through effective communication and relationship building.

Responsibilities:

- The opening and closing of the store, which includes cash handling

- Connecting with customers to understand their needs and provide product recommendations

- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our stock range

- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints

- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets

- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system (till)

- Assist in maintaining the visuals of the store

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a retail environment

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage with customers effectively

- Strong computer literacy

- Excellent time management for prioritizing tasks efficiently

- Ability to sell products successfully and meet sale goals

- Confident with cash handling

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 12.60 per hour

Expected hours: 21 per week
