Duties

Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations and managing staff. Supervise and train team members to ensure high standards of customer service. Manage inventory levels, including stock replenishment and organisation. Communicate effectively with customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and promote products. Implement sales strategies to achieve store targets and enhance customer satisfaction. Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming store environment. Conduct administrative tasks such as scheduling shifts and managing employee records. Monitor sales performance and provide feedback to improve team effectiveness.

Requirements

Previous experience in retail management or a supervisory role is essential. Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team. Excellent time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in administrative duties related to retail operations. Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are advantageous for enhancing customer interactions. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with customers and staff effectively. A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making within the retail context.
