We're looking for a dedicated Support Assistant to join our Peripatetic Service at Sherwood Court. This vital service operates 7 days a week, 52 weeks a year, delivering high-quality care to people in their own homes.
About the Role
The post is for 21 hours per week
Your role will include:
Supporting individuals to remain in their own homes
Promoting independence and person-cantered care
Working collaboratively with professionals and agencies
Treating every person with dignity and respect

To apply, you'll need:
Essential:
GCSE Grades D - G in Math's and English or
Functional Skills Level 1 in Math's and English
Desirable (but not required):
Level 2 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
Don't have the Level 2 qualification, No problem! We'll provide full training and fund your qualification after successful completion of your probation period.
