Working with a dedicated team of experts, you will learn something different every day as you work with new seasonal menus and unique presentations. You hard work pays off when a dish that you've thoughtfully helped to prepare has guests raving and anxious to return.

What you'll be doing

Prepare fresh ingredients for cooking according to recipes/menu Cook food and prepare top-quality menu items in a timely manner Test foods to ensure proper preparation and temperature Operate kitchen equipment safely and responsibly Ensure the proper sanitation and cleanliness of surfaces and storage containers Use your creative flair and attention to detail to create dishes that put smiles on faces

As well as on the job training, your 'Level 2 Commis Chef' Certificate will be completed through Inspiro Learning and includes time spent at the beginning of the programme completing your enrolment & initial functional skills assessments, as well as an End point assessment to complete your training and gain your qualification. A qualified assessor will regularly visit you in the workplace.

You will be working 40 hours per week over 5 days, including weekends on a variety of early, mid and late shifts - do you need flexibility in your life? We are happy to discuss this with you!
