Job Overview

After some strong growth we need a Senior Account manager to manage one of our account groups. You will excel at getting to know client\xe2\x80\x99s business and creating strong relationships, but also be able to manage multiple projects at the same time and be able to get them through the agency on time and on budget. You will also be responsible for the development of at least one Account Manager and so the ability to show success in team management is a prerequisite.

If you are good at time management, understanding creative and technical briefs and have at least 4 - 6 years work experience in the digital marketing and/or CRM space, then you\xe2\x80\x99ll be a fitting candidate.
What we\xe2\x80\x99re looking for:

Experience & Skills:

  • Able to multitask in a fast paced environment
  • Experience in negotiating project timelines and budgets, check feasibility and calculate internal budgets, teams and resources.
  • Prioritising project deliveries to ensure client satisfaction and a smooth agency workflow
  • Carry out planning in accordance with the needs of your clients, including setting goals and objectives, defining roles and producing schedules and timelines for tasks.
  • The ability to develop strong relationships with existing and new clients.
  • Using Asana or other project management tool to deliver projects
  • Experience in advertising, design or digital marketing agencies to understand the relationship between different departments
  • Have a team player attitude
  • Support the Account Managers in their project delivery and ensure priority is given to the right project when the agency is busy.
  • Have a keen attention to detail on creative and code deliverables.
  • Manage the project, which includes coordinating the project team to keep them on track and keeping the project on budget
  • Carry out monitoring and control activities to track the progress of the project
  • Identify and manage risks to ensure delivery is on time
  • Report regularly to management and the client to ensure they always know project status.
  • Close the project - this includes evaluating successes and challenges to enhance learning for your next project.
  • Understand creative processes and techniques
  • Are willing to learn about the latest trends and develop ideas
  • HTML is a bonus
  • Use of an ESP and CRM tools a bonus
  • Excellent organisation skills, to plan the use of people and resources to meet deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal skills, to motivate and lead your project team
  • Good communication and negotiation skills, to manage expectations
  • The ability to use your initiative and make decisions under pressure
What we ask:
  • Be eligible to work in the UK. Live within a commutable distance to London
  • Day-to-day management of agency workload
  • Daily communication and liaising with clients and agency team through email and conference calls and meetings
  • Take clients brief and translate that information into project plans
  • Ensure project deliveries are meeting the brief and to a high standard
  • Take client feedback from Account Managers and ensure it is implemented correctly
  • Completing projects to a specific schedule and within an agreed budget
  • Book in regular client meetings and come up with fresh and innovative ideas for client reviews
  • Get the right people to the meeting and follow up with clear actions and timings
  • Manage priorities, workflow and be highly organized overall
  • Learn our systems and apps

Where we work
  • Hybrid working, with the choice of studio or home working. At least 2 working days in studio.
