Summary

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Chef to join our team at Earlswood Garden & Landscape Centre in Great Britain. This role is vital in delivering exceptional food experiences that complement our outdoor lifestyle offerings and uphold our commitment to quality and service.

Responsibilities

Lead and oversee daily kitchen operations ensuring high standards of food quality and safety. Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to foster teamwork. Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, maintaining consistency and excellence. Manage food production processes efficiently to meet customer demand. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards. Collaborate with the management team to develop new menu items that align with company values. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment. Support training initiatives for staff development.

Qualifications

Proven experience in culinary roles with strong kitchen management skills. Excellent food preparation and cooking abilities. Leadership skills with experience supervising teams. Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations. Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills. Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is preferred.
