This role offers a clear path towards 3rd Line Engineer, or specialist roles in areas across the business.
Key Responsibilities
Provide 2nd line technical support (remote and on-site)
Resolve software, hardware, and network issues (Windows, AD, Office 365, etc.)
Troubleshoot and escalate complex tickets
Participate in IT projects, system upgrades, and rollouts
Maintain detailed documentation of issues and resolutions
Skills & Experience Required
Previous experience in a 2nd Line IT support role
Strong knowledge of:
Windows OS & Active Directory
Office 365 admin & troubleshooting
Networking basics: DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP
Experience with VMware or Hyper-V
Excellent communication and customer service skills
UK Driving License and car (preferred)
