Job Description
We are looking for a smart and driven individual, to provide IT support to a luxury brand's head office and their stores. Their work must be of a high standard and the ability to work one their own, within a team and have the ability to report to senior management.
Must be confident and have the ability to build and maintain onsite documentation/processes and procedures. Have the intuition to easily learn the various systems.
Strong desktop support and an understanding of networking is essential. You will be involved in projects and leading them.
Preferred Qualifications:
CompTIA A
CompTIA Network + MCDST MCP MCITP (MCSA/MCSE)
Experience and Skills
Must have experience with JAMF & Intune Desktop support minimum 2 years expereience. Punctual, reliable and professional Understanding the importance of business processes and compliance Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) Microsoft Office knowledge - Word, Excel and Outlook Customer support skills Experience of user MAC's Good all round understanding of hardware maintenance/break-fix Experience of HDD Imaging and destruction Good organisation skills & time management Passionate with a 'can-do' attitude at all times Able to evaluate information quickly, identify key issues and formulate conclusions based on sound practical judgement, experience and intuition Able to build productive working relationships with local and remote personnel based on respect and good rapport Communicates honestly, openly, and consistently well, showing attention to detail and remaining calm and patient when under pressure The ability to consistently meet challenging deadlines in difficult situations Willing and able to deal with problem situations on a daily basis
