We have

3 day kitchen assistant/cook

positions available in our Award Winning Coffee House & Restaurant at Abbey Mill, Tintern.

The successful candidate must be out going, sense of humour, polite and reliable; must live in the area or have own transport due to location. Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate would be an advantage. Must have some experience of working in a busy kitchen.

Training is provided to support cook in food preparation, cooking, taking in and checking deliveries, completing cleaning schedules, temperature records forms etc.
Help maintain cleanliness of kitchen and be responsible for washing up.

Position includes -

Friday, Saturday & Sunday

16/20 hours approx - from 11.00 am till 5 pm approx.

Straight shifts - no split shifts as we believe in a quality of life. With opportunities for extra shifts during daytime & some evening work when required.
