WE NEED YOU TO:

As a Store Host

, you will be the first point of contact for every client, welcoming them into the store. You'll set the tone for a confident, feel-good shopping experience while supporting the team in delivering standout service, the Kurt Geiger way.

Greet every client warmly, with confidence and kindness, creating an inviting and inclusive atmosphere Direct clients to the right areas of the store, connecting them with the appropriate sales assistant to help shape seamless, personalised service journeys. Offer refreshments, ensuring client feels appreciated and looked after Support the store team by managing traffic flow and assisting during peak times Stay curious and inspired -- learn about new collections, campaign and brand stories, so you can speak with confidence Be a proud brand ambassador and represent the Kurt Geiger values through polished presentation, energy, and integrity

Requirements

A natural communicator who enjoys engaging with people Passionate about creating warm, memorable client experiences Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Previous experience in a supervisory or keyholder position in hospitality, retail, or service-led roles.
