The Role: 3.5 Tonne Delivery Driver

We're urgently looking for an experienced multi-drop delivery driver to join our logistics team at Gottlieb Packaging (Trafford Park). This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday (07:30 - 16:30, with a 30-minute break), covering regional deliveries across the Northwest (Manchester/Liverpool/Preston) using a Ford Transit curtain-sided van.



As part of a close-knit team, you'll play a key role in ensuring timely and professional deliveries to our customers. While this is primarily a daily driving role, there will be some occasions where you'll also assist in the warehouse to provide cover when needed.

3.5 Tonne Delivery Driver - Key Responsibilities

Carry out regional multi-drop deliveries using a 3.5T Ford Transit curtain-sided van


Complete daily vehicle checks, and weekly records as required


Maintain the cleanliness of the vehicle


Manage relevant delivery and collection paperwork (customers, suppliers, internal)


Liaise with office and sales colleagues to ensure smooth delivery operations


Assist in the warehouse with picking, loading/unloading and general support


Help maintain a safe, tidy and compliant warehouse environment

What We're Looking For

Must live within approx. 5 miles or a maximum 30-minute commute of Trafford Park (due to local traffic congestion)


A full, valid driving licence (permitting you to drive a 3.5T vehicle)


Proven experience in multi-drop deliveries


Good knowledge of the Northwest roads network (helpful for route planning)


Forklift (counterbalance) licence is desirable - training can be provided if needed


A valid Class 2/Cat B driving licence could be beneficial (although not essential)


A reliable team player with a can-do attitude and the ability to follow instructions


Polite, professional, and customer-focused at all times
