3.5 Tonne Furniture Delivery Driver

We are looking to recruit an experienced 3.5 Tonne driver who can provide outstanding customer service and quality to our customers.

Here at The Delivery Service we are a small family run business and have been established for over 30 years. We have a loyal client base and work for some of the largest furniture businesses in the UK. We are an experienced team who take pride in our work and who are always striving for excellence.

You will work as part of a two man team, delivering and installing furniture in our customers properties. No two days will ever be the same, this is the joy of working in the role. This position will certainly help to keep you fit, heavy manual handling is a key aspect of the job.

At The Delivery Service we pride ourselves on the service we give to our customers. As one of our delivery drivers, you will be the face of the company, so outstanding customer service, an enthusiastic approach and professionalism are essential for this role.

This is a permanent position working a 3 or 5 day week dependent on candidates preference, this includes one Saturday off every 3 weeks.

The rate of pay is 14.00 an hour and is based upon a 10 hour day. Overtime is available and this will be paid weekly. We offer a competitive Annual Leave allowance.

3.5 Ton License and 1 year of experience No more than 6 points on License Experience in manual handling
