Purpose of the Role

We are looking for a Route Driver for one of our routes due to expansion of the business.

You will deliver to the customers premises products. The position is 4 days a week 10 hours a day Monday to Thursday.

Key Responsibilities

Multi-drop delivery of food products to customer location Provide excellent customer service on every drop Complete daily vehicle checks and follow road safety rules Lift and handle heavy items safely Keep vehicle clean and presentable

Requirements

Valid UK 3.5 tonne van licence Good knowledge driving theory Physically fit for manual handling Strong communication and customer service skills Open to new drivers

Personal Attributes

Friendly and approachable with a positive attitude. Calm under pressure and adaptable during busy trading periods. Enthusiastic about providing excellent service. Self-motivated with good organisational skills.

Working Hours & Environment

Hours may vary due to route, but start times are from 5:30am to 3:30pm or 7:30am to 5:30pm Monday to Thursday and finishes and has a 40 hour week Start from TFS depot in Tonbridge Free on-site parking, staff discount, and company pension scheme

The site is based in Tonbridge which is just outside of Paddock Wood, it is easy to get to from Maidstone, Tonbridge and Tunbridge Wells.

Pay: From 27,250.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
