Job Description

We are a growing, family run chemical business based in Kent who are looking to expand our current Driver team with a 2 x Permanent Delivery Driver.

Working Monday to Friday, the role will involve driving from our site in Kent to delivery points for our customers around the south east, delivering & collecting stock and returning the same day..

Hours are long due to delivery range and most days are 8am-6pm. Monday to Friday. Saturday work is also available.

Working to a strict time schedule you will be a confident and diligent Van Driver preferably having worked in a similar role. Start and finish times are to be confirmed but start times are between 7am and 8am and finish time is between 5pm and 6pm

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications and attributes.

Driver with experience of pallet deliveries Be smart with a friendly manner and able to follow clear instructions. Flexible approach to hours and overtime when required. Adhering to Health and safety policies and safe working practices
If you have an ADR license this would be a benefit but it is not needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From 13.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 45 per week

Experience:

Delivery driver experience: 1 year (preferred) Driving: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:

Driving Licence (preferred)
