Description



We are looking for a forward thinking, motivated person with a can-do attitude and great customer service skills. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this is a hands-on role, based out of our Rugby Warehouse, but operating across the UK.

We are a forward-thinking, growing business entering an exciting new chapter. With a focus on service excellence and operational efficiency, we are expanding our team to support continued growth and new opportunities across the region. As part of this journey, we are looking for a confident and self-motivated CAT B Driver who is eager to play a key role in our success.

As a Driver, you will be responsible for delivering goods safely and efficiently to our customers, upholding our high standards of professionalism and service. You will be trusted to work independently on the road, and your input will be valued as we evolve and scale our operations.

Responsibilities



Conducting deliveries to our customers safely and in line with all relevant legislation and company policies Completing daily vehicle checks and ensure vehicles are kept in a good and safe condition Supporting our customers with deliveries where required Accurately complete all required delivery documentation and other safety checks as required by law Always represent the company positively, being a friendly and supportive representative to our customers and suppliers Work closely with warehouse and customer care team to ensure the highest levels of customer service are achieved Support the Operations Manager with feedback to improve our transport and logistics processes

Individual Requirements



Valid CAT B licence A clean driving record, with no points on your licence Be self-motivated, conscientious with a desire to do well within the workplace Reliable A good team player Happy to work independently

Desirable



Previous experience of working with construction products Previous experience of multi-drop deliveries and manual offload style deliveries
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 29,000.00-31,000.00 per year
