Are you looking for a new and exciting job that allows you to be on the move? We, Ace Loos, are seeking a friendly and reliable 3.5T Driver to join our team! As an Ace Loos Driver, you will play a vital role in ensuring a timely and efficient service for our valued customers.

Responsibilities

Safely and efficiently transport portable loos and other hire equipment to construction sites and event customers across the South, on a range of vehicles. Where necessary carrying out servicing of toilets on a daily route, cleaning and restocking of consumables while upholding the company standards. Complete the required digital paperwork and documentation for each delivery, collection and service on digital tablets provided to you. Communicate with customers in a friendly and professional manner. Ensure that deliveries and collections are made within specified timeframes. Follow all traffic laws and maintain a clean driving record, while ensuring the safety of yourself and other road users. Carry out daily checks of the vehicles and equipment to ensure road safety and company compliance.

Other responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

Organise delivery and collection routes to maximize efficiency. Assisting yard foremen to meet cleaning deadlines, and ensuring all vehicles are loaded correctly. Working weekend events as an attendant, while being a point of contact for the event staff.

Requirements

Valid UK driver's license, and clean driving record. Previous experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role is preferred. Excellent time management and organisational skills Strong attention to detail. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks. Friendly and customer-focused attitude. Ability to lift heavy goods and perform physical tasks as required. Excellent knowledge of road safety rules and regulations. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays if required. Own transportation methods as we are not on a public transport route

Following a successful application, you will be required to attend an interview with the Ace Loos Office Team Leader and the Operations Manager. At this stage, you are also required to have a driver's assessment with the Transport Manager. We encourage you to wear sensible clothing and sturdy shoes.
