3.5 tonne delivery Driver/installer

Mandatory Manual Licence is required for this course

Salary:

25,000 to start

there is also bonus and overtime available, with the opportunity to earn up to

29,000

a year.

Location:

Aintree Liverpool

Shift Pattern:

4 on 2off shift pattern

(includes Saturday sunday)

Start times:

will be fixed start times starting from 09:00am

The 3.5 Driver/installer is a platform for prospective employees and any current WCR employees, who possess an excellent work history and work ethic, who would like to join the distribution team.

Responsibilities

- Drive a 3.5-tonne vehicle to deliver goods to various locations around Liverpool
- Ensure all deliveries are made on schedule
- Load and unload goods from the vehicle

- Installation of all white goods and appliances such as washing machines, dish washers, fridge freezers and TV's
- Inspect the vehicle for mechanical issues and ensure it is in good working order
- Maintain accurate delivery records
- Adhere to all road safety regulations

Skills

- Experience in driving commercial vehicles, specifically 3.5-tonne vehicles
- Proficient in flatbed driving techniques
- Excellent knowledge of delivery routes and navigation
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills

- Installation experience isn't essential but would be beneficial, full training will be provided.
