Northern Building Plastics are recruiting an experienced full time,

permanent

multi drop delivery driver.

About the role:

As a driver at NBP, your daily duties will include:

Safely operate a 3.5t delivery (

extra-long wheelbase

) vehicle to transport goods to various locations. Perform multi-drop deliveries while ensuring timely and accurate service to customers. Assist in warehouse operations, as required. Maintain communication with the depot to coordinate delivery schedules. Adhere to all driving regulations and company policies to ensure safety and compliance. Provide excellent customer service during deliveries, addressing any inquiries or issues. Working hours are Mon-Fri 0600-1500 with 1 in 4 Saturday Rota 0800-1100 (paid as overtime). Additional overtime may sometimes be available.

About you

You must hold a full UK Driving License (maximum of 6 penalty points), with experience of driving long wheel based vehicles. Be computer literate and have a good command of written and spoken English.

You will also have excellent customer service skills, calm under pressure and hold yourself to high standards of driving.
