Job Description
Portable Toilet Service/Delivery Driver.
Lav Hire Are Seeking a Service/Delivery Driver to Join the Team. Previous Experience would be an advantage but is not a requirement, as all training will be given.
The Main Duties of this role Will Be:
*To Visit Sites in and Around Kent, Sussex and south east London Using a 3.5t Service Vehicle and service/deliver/collect portable toilet units.
*Use a Tablet Provided to Navigate around routes, and book equipment on/off Hire.
*Make small onsite repairs to equipment onsite if and when required.
*Perform Daily vehicle Checks and report any defects.
The ideal Candidate for this position:
*Good Communications Skills, Polite and deliver excellent customer service.
*Physically fit- The job involves lots of manual Handling.
*Previous experience of driving large vans. Towing experience and or Cat C License would be an advantage but is not essential.
Self Motivated, Trustworthy, Punctual and able to work to set schedules.
The Candidate will need to report to our depot in Ash, Sevenoaks TN15 7 Daily, Where off road Parking is provided.
Hours are Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. (or 7am-4pm if preferred). Overtime is available on weekends during Event Season.
Future Opportunities may be Available to move into Event team for the right candidate.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 27,000.00-30,000.00 per year
