Role Overview
Client health is absolutely vital to our long-term sustainability and success as a company, and we are passionate about ensuring that our clients are receiving value from our services and engaging with our platform and people. The role of Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing some of our most important accounts ensuring they are maximising all opportunities to make the most of the services we provide.
This role would suit a competent, experienced and proactive commercial player, culturally as comfortable in the detail as in the big picture who can innovate to find the best solutions for our clients and brings a wealth of experience from an existing retention and value creation background.
Key Responsibilities
Drive Account Management Outcomes
Increase revenue-based renewal rates and reduce logo churn
Expand our revenue in accounts through cross-sell and upsell; including overseeing the creation and execution of all research driven tier one account plans
Influence future lifetime value through higher product adoption and customer satisfaction
Secure transactions with the best possible legal setting to the company guidelines
Front foot communication with clients and/or procurement including specific conversation around auto renewals
Drive growth
Produce a quarterly territory plan and demonstrate what activities are going to ensure you deliver or exceed your KPis
Design one account plan per quarter and keep it updated continuously
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, feedback to

Profile
1+ years' experience in a customer-facing role
Strong empathy for customers AND passion for revenue and growth
Deep understanding of value drivers in analytics, research and insight propositions
Demonstrated desire for continuous learning and improvement
Salary and Benefits
Salary: up to 30,000 - 32,000 depending on experience
OTE Commission: 25,000 to 30,000
