Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced, reliable, and hardworking

360 Digger Driver

to join our busy team. The successful candidate will play a key role in day-to-day yard operations, as well as supporting ongoing yard development projects. This includes creating new roadways, grading the car park, and assisting with the expansion and improvement of the yard.

Key Responsibilities

Safely and efficiently operate 360 diggers and other plant machinery. Create new roadways, grade surfaces, and support yard expansion works. Dig and screen topsoil. Load and unload turf, soil, and other landscaping materials. Prepare customer orders for collection and delivery. Assist customers and delivery drivers within the yard. Maintain an organised, clean, and safe working environment. Carry out general yard duties and basic maintenance tasks. Adhere to all health and safety regulations at all times.
Requirements

Minimum of

10 years' experience

operating diggers. CPCS or NPORS certification preferred. Previous experience in a yard, landscaping, or similar environment. Full UK driving licence

(no points or bans)

. Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions. Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player.
