We are one of Scotland's leading suppliers to agricultural, industrial and commercial industries for steel fabrication, engineering, retails and machinery sales and servicing. We currently operate from 2 sites in Duns and Berwick upon Tweed and, due to continued expansion, we are currently recruiting skilled steel erectors to work from our Duns site.

We are seeking a reliable and skilled 360 Digger Driver to join our team. Able to operate excavating equipment on agricultural sites and industrial sites.

Ability to operate a 360 digger, dumper, rollers, plant equipment is essential.

Responsibilities

Participating inn regular training and professional development to stay up to date with the latest techniques and equipment Carrying out excavator inspections to ensure good functioning Understanding and interpreting technical drawings and plans Demolishing any existing structure Operating a 360 excavator Digging trenches, foundations, and other excavation work Loading and unloading materials, shed sites, drainage and concrete preparation Ensuring that the excavator is properly maintained Identifying and resolving any issues or problems that arise Communicating with other team members to coordinate excavation work Setting up and preparing the site for excavation work Reading and interpreting construction plans Conducting pre-operational checks on the excavator Experience in working a laser level Laying drainage Following safety procedures and regulations to ensure the safety of yourself at all times A valid NPORS/CPCS Card with 360 Excavator Op Works van based from Duns yard Good timekeeping Willingness to get out of the machine and help labour when required
