Job Overview


We are seeking a skilled Excavator Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating excavators to perform various tasks related to construction and earthmoving projects. This role requires a strong understanding of machinery, safety protocols, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. The Excavator Operator will play a crucial role in ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities



Operate excavators safely and efficiently to dig, move, and grade materials as required for construction projects. Conduct pre-operational checks on equipment to ensure it is in safe working condition. Follow site plans and specifications to execute tasks accurately. Collaborate with other team members and site supervisors to ensure smooth operations on-site. Maintain equipment by performing routine inspections and minor repairs as necessary. Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines while operating machinery. Report any malfunctions or issues with equipment immediately to the supervisor.

Skills



Proficient in digging techniques and operating excavators effectively. Strong mechanical knowledge to understand the workings of heavy machinery. CPCS or NPORS card is essential. Excellent communication skills to work collaboratively with team members and supervisors. Ability to follow instructions precisely and maintain attention to detail in all tasks. Strong problem-solving skills to address any challenges that may arise during operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 22.00-26.00 per hour

Day shift Monday to Friday
