Excavator Driver - Compost Management (Green Waste Recycling Site)

Hours:
Monday to Friday: 07:30 AM - 5:00 PM Occasional overtime opportunities paid at time and a half
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Compost Pile Management:
Operate the excavator to turn, manage, and maintain green waste compost piles, ensuring optimal breakdown and aeration.Health & Safety Compliance:
Follow all site health and safety protocols and adhere to safe operating procedures at all times.Equipment Checks:
Conduct daily pre-use inspections and routine checks to keep machinery in top working condition.Site & Equipment Maintenance:
Support general site upkeep, including tidying work areas and assisting with machinery maintenance when needed.Required Experience:
Full driving licence and own transport (site is not accessible by public transport). Experience operating an excavator.
Desired Experience (Not Essential):
Accredited machine tickets. Loading Shovel Experience
Two references will be required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 27,000.00-30,000.00 per year
