We are seeking a skilled and reliable Excavator Operator to join growing team. The candidate will be responsible for operating excavators safely and efficiently on various water utility projects, ensuring the smooth progress of site work. Work will include a combination of site work & water utility work. Operator must be confident operating 6T-20T machines and have previous experience.
Responsibilities
Operate excavators to perform tasks such as digging, lifting, and material handling in accordance with project specifications.
Conduct routine inspections and maintenance checks on equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety standards.
Follow all health and safety regulations, including site protocols and safe operating procedures.
Assist with site preparation and clean-up activities as required.
Collaborate with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure timely completion of projects.
Maintain accurate records of work performed and report any equipment issues promptly.
Help with any on site water utility work if required
Skills
Proven experience operating excavators in a construction or industrial environment.
Valid commercial driving licence with a clean driving record is preferred.
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and adapt to changing project requirements.
Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Pay: 35,000.00-45,000.00 per year
