Summary

We are seeking an Excavator Operator to join our team at AW Rail Services. In this role, you will be responsible for operating excavators to support one of our rail projects, ensuring the safe and efficient completion of tasks that contribute to our mission of improving rail infrastructure.

Responsibilities

MUST Have PTS Card. Operate excavators safely and efficiently on various rail projects. Perform digging, trenching, and site preparation tasks as required. Conduct routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with team members to execute project plans effectively. Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times. Assist in the loading and unloading of materials as needed.

Requirements

Proven experience as an Excavator Operator or similar role. Strong mechanical knowledge related to heavy machinery operation. Valid commercial driving license is preferred but not mandatory. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project plans is a plus. Commitment to safety practices in a railway environment.
