360 Recruiter - Legal / Professional Services
Location: Brighton (Hybrid - 3 days in office, 2 days WFH after probation)
Hours Core 10am-4pm, can start and finish when suits you as long as 37.5 hours worked per week.
Salary: Basic up to 40k DOE + Uncapped Commission (Top Billers 150k OTE) WARM DESK!

What You'll Be Doing

• Managing the full 360 recruitment cycle - business development, client management, candidate sourcing, and closing deals
• Placing paralegals through to senior solicitors across the Home Counties
• Building long-term relationships with clients who value your expertise

What We're Looking For

• Experienced 360 recruiter - legal or professional services background preferred
• Permanent recruitment experience
• Confident, driven, and motivated by hitting targets and maximising earnings
