Job Description
Overview
We are seeking an experienced 360 operator on a self employed basis for a 6 month project based at BS41 9LU - Construction of a new attenuation pond
Responsibilities
Operate excavators and related heavy machinery in accordance with project specifications and safety standards Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal functioning Assist with site preparation, digging, trenching, lifting, and loading materials as required Follow all health and safety protocols to minimise risks on site Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure timely completion of tasks Maintain accurate records of work performed and equipment usage
Skills
Mechanical knowledge relevant to excavator operation and maintenance Proven experience operating excavators in a construction or similar environment Strong understanding of health and safety regulations related to heavy machinery operation Good organisational skills with the ability to follow instructions precisely Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
Job Type: Fixed term contract
