Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Excavator Operator to join our construction team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating excavators safely and efficiently on various projects, ensuring the timely completion of tasks while adhering to health and safety regulations. Responsibilities

Operate excavators of various sizes and types to perform digging, trenching, lifting, and material handling tasks. Conduct routine inspections of equipment prior to use, reporting any faults or maintenance needs promptly. Follow project plans and specifications to execute excavation tasks accurately. Maintain a clean and safe work area, ensuring all safety protocols are strictly followed. Assist with site setup and breakdown, including the positioning of machinery and materials. Collaborate with other team members to coordinate activities and meet project deadlines. Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including wearing appropriate PPE at all times.

Experience

Proven experience operating excavators in construction or similar environments. Valid CPCS or NPORS certification Knowledge of site safety procedures and regulations. Ability to read technical drawings and interpret project plans is advantageous. Strong organisational skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Good communication skills and a proactive attitude towards safety and quality standards. Pay: 16.80-20.00 per hour
