The Role

As a Recruiter, you will assist Hiring Managers in filling open positions by offering expert guidance and ensuring quality throughout the recruitment process. You will be responsible for creating and delivering excellent recruitment services and following the established service agreements. This role requires to use recruitment technology tools and manage end-to-end processes. You'll engage directly with the client where you will give expert advice and manage their expectations at every stage of the hiring process.
Key Accountabilities
What you'll be doing:
Take full ownership to ensure the recruitment service is delivered in line with contractual obligations
Lead vacancy consultation discussions to agree the recruitment plans with hiring managers- this includes role requirements, sourcing strategy, DEI requirements, pay range, agreed timeframes, responsibilities of all involved, and the selection process
Collaborate on the iterative process of narrowing down high-quality candidate and review the shortlist with the hiring manager
Deliver excellent candidate experience, managing candidate satisfaction with the recruitment experience, from initial interview to start date
Support the hiring manager with hiring decisions and guide them in determining an appropriate offer; lead the (often complex) offer process and negotiations to close the candidate
Anticipate potential stakeholder issues within own area of expertise, taking action to address, and using judgement to escalate appropriately
Build proactive pipelining strategies and share insights with hiring managers to support strategic decision-making and execution outside of live demand.
Skills & Experience
You'll need to demonstrate:
Experience of blue-collar sectors and understanding the qualifications, skills, certifications, and physical abilities needed for different roles within blue-collar sectors
Pharma experience - Nice to have
High level Volume Recruitment experience - Nice to have
Ability to identify risk solutions and continuous improvement process
Ability to travel to client site in Huddersfield twice a week
