360 Recruitment Consultant – Construction

Are you an experienced Recruitment Consultant looking to work with an established and fast-growing company, specialising in Trades and Labour supply to the Construction Industry?

Managing the full 360 cycle- Key responsibilities include:



Business Development: Proactively identify and onboard new clients, predominantly in the Construction and Built Environment sectors. Client Management: Build long-term partnerships with decision-makers, understand hiring needs, and provide consultative support for new and existing clients. Candidate Sourcing: Use your existing network, job boards, LinkedIn, and our CRM to find top talent for the positions we have. Compliance & Documentation: Ensure candidates have the correct RTW, trade certs, references, and onboarding paperwork in place. Job Advertising: Write and promote engaging, targeted job adverts. Negotiation & Offer Management: Present offers, manage expectations, and close deals with professionalism and speed.

The Person we are looking for:



Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within construction. Experienced in a sales-focused role within recruitment- preferably in the construction industry. Experience in delivering recruitment services to Main/Sub-contractors. Commercial-driven business mindset with a proven ability to generate and convert leads. Experience in social media and communications platforms. Proficient in Excel and use of IT. Strong relationship-building skills and client development strategies. Confident communicator, both in writing, over the phone and face-to-face. Strong track record of achieving sales targets / growth and new business acquisition. A flexible attitude to roles and responsibilities. Organised and able to manage your time and workload effectively.

Recruitment consultant responsibilities:



Make calls to connect with contacts and generate new business leads. Speak to/interview potential workers to continuously build our CRM database of resources to fulfil business needs. Identify matches between jobs and potential candidates. Get the right people to the right place at the right time. Negotiate fees and charges and payment terms with clients. Follow up on timesheets and invoicing process.

Generous commission to reward success. Salary (Depending upon Experience) of 28,000 - 35,000 (+Commission) Yearly Bonuses
