You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, fostering relationships, and have a proven background and 360 understanding of the competitive recruitment world.

Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation and networking. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and team Strong commercial business mind with a passionate desire to succeed. Leadership qualities to overcome objections and remain persistent with a growth mindset. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth within the industry. Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients, showcasing our services and solutions. Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge. Own the full 360 recruitment cycle from client acquisition to candidate placement Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients and candidates Proactively source, screen, and qualify top talent using multiple channels Hit and exceed KPIs and revenue targets--your success is rewarded Drive new business through cold calling, networking, and referrals Collaborate with a supportive team in a fast-paced, high-performance environment

Experience

Proven experience in 360 background in recruitment with a strong track record of achieving targets. Familiarity with Indeed, LinkedIn and social media recruitment platforms Experience in industrial and commercial recruitment Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with potential clients Assessing and responding to needs of each particular client Demonstrated ability in lead generation and conversion to client Can work alone
