The Role



LLS Logistics are seeking a committed and competent 3D 4D Designer / BIM & Visualisation Artist to join our project delivery team. The ideal candidate would be proficient in software such as Revit, Twinmotion, Blender, and 3Ds Max, and capable of producing construction-ready models, detailed renderings, and high-impact visual presentations that support coordination, planning, and client engagement across all project phases.

Key Responsibilities



Develop 2D Site Logistic plans, Traffic Management plans and use vehicle tracking software to Create SPA'S.

Develop accurate and detailed 3D BIM models of construction and logistics elements Create high-quality visualisations, renderings, and animations for live and tendered projects Produce 4D construction sequencing visuals, phasing animations, and site logistics models Translate 2D construction plans into dynamic 3D/4D digital assets Collaborate with the Pre-Construction and Project Teams to ensure models align with real-world delivery constraints Contribute to the ongoing development of workflow efficiency, asset libraries, and rendering pipelines

What We're Looking For



Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and Twinmotion (essential) Experience in Davinci Resolve, 3Ds Max & Autodesk Vehicle Tracking Understanding of construction phasing, sequencing, and logistics modelling Familiarity with Blender and Photoshop (preferred) Strong visual communication and storytelling skills Able to work under pressure and deliver to strict deadlines Excellent teamwork and communication skills

Autodesk Vehicle Tracking (swept paths) AutoCAD (2D drawings) Revit (3D modelling) Twinmotion (live modelling and animation) Blender (3D mapping tiles) Davinci Resolve (video editing) PowerPoint (presentations) Photoshop (image & texture editing)
