About the Role

We're looking for a talented and motivated

Structural Packaging /FSDU Designer

to join our dynamic design team. In this role, you'll be responsible for designing custom cardboard point-of-sale display units and packaging solutions. Your work will be key to delivering effective, innovative designs that meet both client requirements and practical manufacturing standards.

Key Responsibilities

Design and engineer cardboard display units and packaging structures from concept to completion

Work closely with global clients to understand their needs and deliver creative, functional solutions

Solve design and structural challenges to create cost-effective, visually impactful products

Collaborate with internal teams including graphics, production, and sales to ensure successful project outcomes

Stay up to date with materials, trends, and techniques in packaging and POS design

Ideal Candidate

Experience in structural design or packaging engineering of carboard is a must

Proficient in design software (e.g., Kasemake, Artios CAD or similar CAD programs)

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Creative thinker with a practical approach to design challenges
