On behalf of HSE, we are looking for 8x 3H Building Inspector - Inside IR35 for a 6 Month contract based Remote.

As a 3H Building Inspector, your main responsibilities will be to:
Shape Policy & Standards: Contribute to the development and review of building control policies, technical standards, and guidance under the new regulatory regime.
Provide Expert Advice: Offer specialist input on regulatory frameworks, Gateway decisions, golden thread information, and occupation stage duties.
Support Regulatory Operations: Participate in multi-disciplinary teams (MDTs) for Gateway 2, Safety Case Reports, and enforcement cases, offering expert building control insights.
Interpret Complex Submissions: Assist in reviewing and interpreting technical submissions for compliance with building regulations and statutory processes.
Drive Continuous Improvement: Identify procedural or technical gaps, support tool/resource development, and contribute to training and guidance materials.
Engage with Stakeholders: Maintain strong relationships with industry partners and contribute to internal and external technical policy discussions.
