Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and highly organised 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) Manager to take full ownership of our third-party logistics operations. This role is essential in ensuring smooth, timely, and accurate product delivery while maintaining strong relationships with logistics providers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage 3PL operations, including undertaking daily pick, pack, and dispatching of orders to ensure 100% on-time delivery. Oversee stock movement and coordinate timely deliveries through the 3PL network. Ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met, with a focus on stock accuracy and dispatch timelines. Monitor and report key performance indicators, such as delivery turnaround, returns handling, and next-day/on-time delivery rates. Work closely with internal departments and external logistics providers to maintain efficient operations. Conduct regular audits of 3PL processes to ensure compliance and service quality. Handle container shipments by coordinating with freight forwarders ensuring correct documentation. Schedule and manage container unloading and plan efficient pallet storage. Provide holiday cover planning for 3PL operations Organise and dispatch pallets to Amazon fulfilment centre, ensuring full compliance with Amazon FBA requirements. Monitor 3PL inventory turnover and stock levels to ensure supply meets demand. Support the Goods-In team with receiving and processing deliveries when needed. Generate weekly 3PL invoices and resolve any discrepancies in line with 3PL agreements. Ensure all 3PL invoices are paid on time and within the defined budget. Report and meet 3PL departmental KPIs. General warehouse duties as needed.

Candidate Requirements:

Proven experience in logistics, warehouse, or 3PL management Understanding of logistics KPIs and service level expectations Confident working to Amazon FBA procedures Excellent communication and organisational skills Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 28,000.00-32,000.00 per year
