Here at Yumi we are looking for someone to join our small and vibrant team for 4 hours a week at a key holder level. We are a womenswear brand that sells a variety of fun and quirky prints.
We are looking for someone who has flexible availability to work afternoons and/or evenings on weekdays and flexible hours over weekends. Overtime is available.
Your role is to be a product expert with your primary focus to advise customers about our product and brand. You will also support the delivery of all necessary operational procedures.
This role does include short periods of lone trading.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consistently offer all our customers great customer service.
- Have excellent knowledge of our product, fit, style and trends.
- Ensure the shop is represented to a high standard at all times.
- Be a Brand Ambassador for the company at all times.
- Be competent in opening and closing the store.
