We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team in Guess Ashford, as we are expanding our management team ready for peak trade. Needs to be confident in providing strong customer service and be able to work towards targets and KPIs. We are looking for a fun, outgoing individual who has a passion for our brand and who is enthusiastic about joining our team and bringing in sales.

As a Key Holder you are responsible for driving the team to meet sales targets, training and development of store staff, leading by example on the shop floor and maintaining the store standards.

Assisting the management team in exceeding all KPI targets. Ensuring that an excellent level of customer service is a priority at all times Maintain high communication levels with every team member Maintain all visual merchandising standards, and overall cleanliness Maintaining solid product knowledge Demonstrating ability to work successfully in a team Opening and closing store when required. Must be flexible Opportunity for overtime
This role is a part time position with the possibility of overtime. We are looking for someone who is fully flexible including weekends, evenings and during the weekdays, to ensure the management team is fully supported. Weekends are on a rotational basis and so you will be required to work some of them. Experience within a similar position is essential.

Pay: Up to 12.50 per hour
