We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Van Driver to join our team. As a refrigerated courier company based in Mitcham CR4, London, we prefer candidates from the local area. The role involves transporting goods safely and efficiently, with working hours starting around 4 AM. Shifts range from 6 to 10 hours, depending on workload, and deliveries are primarily made to commercial establishments such as restaurants, delis, and cafes. The total weekly working hours will not exceed 40, with shifts from Monday to Saturday..

Duties:
- Drive a long wheel base Mercedes Sprinter van to transport goods between locations
- Load and unload goods, including heavy lifting when required
- Ensure accurate and timely deliveries to designated locations
- Communicate effectively with warehouse staff and customers
- Perform routine vehicle maintenance checks
- Adhere to all road safety regulations

Requirements:

- Ability to use a smart phone
- Proven experience as van driver for minimum 3 years in London
- Ability to lift heavy items when loading and unloading the van
- Excellent communication skills with great customer service
- Age needs to be over 25 for insurance purposes
