5 Axis Cnc Machinist Apprenticesship
Job Description
Post 16 apprenticeship. The position will cover a varied range of 3 & 5 axis CNC machining in wood and composite materials for many industry sectors from foundry patternmaking, point of sale, high end furniture and the construction industry.
The apprenticeship role will focus on setting up and machining parts, building parts up on the machine, learning CAM programming and learning to create 3D CAD models as well as using traditional woodworking machinery.
This is a 4 year apprenticeship.
Qualifications required are minimum grade 5 in maths and English.

Pay: From 7.75 per hour
Expected hours: 37 per week
