If you are passionate about brand, paid media, and sports sponsorships -- especially golf -- an innovator who understands that our people, clients, and recruits are key to our success, and have a strong grasp of the UKI advertising landscape, particularly in the B2B space, with a collaborative and go-getter mindset... then we want to meet you.


The will focus on developing best-in-class advertising campaigns and leading a sports sponsorship program that engaging Accenture's key audiences across the UKI market.


Tasks included:

Paid Media



Drive advertising excellence and implement Accenture's UKI advertising programs

in alignment with global strategy, ensuring consistency and local relevance.

Lead end-to-end advertising efforts across client-facing and talent-facing

campaigns, including strategic planning, media mix development, creative coordination, and execution, in close collaboration with agencies and internal teams.

Localize and adapt global campaigns

-- in close coordination with the translation agency, paid search and social teams, and UKI stakeholders -- ensuring messaging resonates with UKI audiences (e.g., language, tone, relevance).

Partnering with the social media lead

to build a unique and consistent paid media/social media presence. Pilot

emerging media

formats and lead strategic partnerships with clients, premium publishers and platforms to elevate the visibility of what only Accenture can do.*
Plan and manage the rollout of

high-impact media partnerships

and activations (e.g., The Economist, FT), particularly around strategic events such as client roundtables, working jointly with local teams to ensure impact and alignment.

Analysis of different media proposals

and evaluation of opportunities to integrate into campaigns.

Sport Sponsorship



Lead the strategic management

of Accenture's global sports sponsorship, ensuring it drives brand visibility, business value, and client impact in line with Accenture's global strategy.

Strengthen relationships with key stakeholders including

marketing, business, tournament organizers, agencies to maximize partnership value and ensure seamless execution across all touchpoints.

Oversee the execution

of all sponsorship activities -- including event planning, client hospitality, brand activations and paid media -- across one of the major golf championships in the UK.

Collaborate across internal teams and external partners

to deliver compelling storytelling, content, and experiences that highlight Accenture's and showcase how Accenture as the Official Reinvention Partner and technology, data, and AI are transforming golf as the Official Reinvention Partner.

Measure and optimize performance

of sponsorship and campaign activities, ensuring consistent visibility, innovation, and value creation.

Brand



Provide strategic and operational support

for branded environments, including office branding during acquisitions or new launches.

Always use data analysis, relevant metrics,

and informed insights to drive strategic decisions.

And always partner with and M+C UKI lead and local teams as Accenture Song UK team and figure things out as they come up in the UKI.






Professional Skills



Knowledge of, and passion for advertising, with the ability to execute and implement multi-faceted campaigns. Experience overseeing advertising and the understanding of what makes effective audience engagement--and what doesn't. Experience coordinating and executing sports sponsorships, ensuring alignment with brand objectives. Strong relationship management skills with partners, stakeholders, and event organizers. Ability to oversee all aspects of the sponsorship, from planning and activation to reporting and evaluation Deliver executional excellence, as well as creativity and innovation. Strong project management experience with meticulous attention to detail. Demonstrated experience with consistent delivery of high-quality work on schedule. Ability to work autonomously and independently. Collaborate to help achieve project goals. Bring new ideas to increase effectiveness. Collaborator mindset, actively integrate with colleagues and extended teammates across all areas of Accenture M+C, collaborating on initiatives and sharing learnings, insights and ideas, and diving into ambiguity to make clear sense of it.

Basic Qualification



Education: Bachelor's degree, university degree or equivalent, advanced degree preferred. Strong expertise and experience in marketing and communication with significant advertising and social media strategy experience, including digital advertising. Fluent English.
