Overview

Compass Associates is delighted to partner with one of the United Kingdom\'s leading providers of Private Mental Health and Wellbeing services to recruit dedicated Newly Qualified RMN and RNLD nurses for their state-of-the-art Mental Health hospital in Cardiff. This Private Healthcare company is renowned for its innovative approach to delivering exceptional care to both NHS and private patients. Their patient-centric philosophy ensures that every individual\'s well-being is at the heart of their mission. Join us in headhunting experienced Nurses, including RMN, RNLD, and RGN (with Mental Health experience), for their 3-bed Low Secure Unit in Cardiff, designed to cater to adults with Mental Health conditions, Personality Disorders, and Mild Learning Disabilities.

The hospital\'s goal is to help patients gain independence and, when feasible, transition to community living through a therapeutic approach to recovery. Run a 12-week rotating treatment programme to support individuals with their comprehensive needs. Programmes are repeated as needed to assist in risk management, the development of coping strategies, and the identification of individual requirements.

Requirements:

\xe2\x80\x93 Hold a valid NMC Registration, or be waiting for one to come through

\xe2\x80\x93 Be a Registered Nurse, including RMN or RNLD

\xe2\x80\x93 Proven experience in working within Mental Health settings including during clinical placements

This hospital is strategically located and only a short distance from the city centre. Offering good connections with the A48, providing outstanding connections across Wales and into regions such as Bristol.

Salary and Benefits:

This nursing position offers a competitive salary of \xc2\xa331,500, increasing to \xc2\xa334,900 after the 6 month preceptorship ends. You will also be offered a \xc2\xa35,000 Welcome Bonus. There is also an industry leading benefit package of.
