We are seeking a professional and reliable 7.5 Tonne Driver to join our logistics team. The successful candidate will be responsible for safely operating a 7.5-tonne flatbed vehicle to deliver goods efficiently across various locations. Responsibilities

Safely operate a 7.5-tonne flatbed vehicle, adhering to all road safety regulations and company policies Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness and report any issues promptly Load and secure goods onto the flatbed, ensuring items are transported safely and securely Plan delivery routes effectively to meet schedules and optimise time management Deliver goods to clients in a professional manner, ensuring excellent customer service at all times Maintain accurate delivery documentation and complete all necessary paperwork diligently Comply with all legal requirements related to commercial driving, including tachograph regulations and driver's hours rules Assist with loading and unloading when required, ensuring health and safety procedures are followed

Qualifications

Valid Category B (7.5 Tonne) driving licence with a clean driving record Proven experience in commercial driving, particularly with flatbed vehicles or delivery operations Strong understanding of road safety regulations and best practices for secure load handling Experience with delivery driver roles is highly desirable Excellent organisational skills with the ability to plan routes efficiently Good communication skills, capable of liaising professionally with clients and team members Ability to work independently, demonstrating reliability and punctuality
