Overview

Artemistone is a growing B2B supplier of high-quality quartz slabs. We are looking for a reliable and safety-focused 7.5-ton delivery driver to transport quartz slabs to our business clients. The role requires careful handling of heavy and fragile materials and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Safely operate a

7.5-ton vehicle

for daily deliveries of quartz slabs. Load and unload slabs using appropriate equipment. Ensure products are securely strapped and protected to avoid damage in transit. Perform deliveries to fabricators, workshops, warehouses, and construction sites. Complete delivery paperwork, proof-of-delivery, and logbooks accurately. Carry out daily vehicle checks and report any defects immediately. Maintain cleanliness and basic care of the vehicle. Communicate professionally with customers and the Artemistone logistics team. Follow all UK road safety regulations and health & safety procedures.

Requirements

Valid UK

Category C1 (7.5t)

driving licence. Valid

CPC

and

Digital Tachograph Card

. Experience handling

large, fragile, or heavy materials

preferred (stone, glass, metal sheets, etc.). Good physical fitness - ability to assist in loading/unloading when required. Strong awareness of safety practices for fragile materials. Reliable, punctual, and customer-focused.

Desirable Skills

Experience delivering to workshops, fabricators, or construction sites. Knowledge of quartz/stone slab handling equipment.

Working Hours

Full-time. Hours may vary depending on delivery schedules.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 13.00-17.00 per hour
