Aug 19 Kirkby 7.5 Tonne Driver , 12.25 p/h .
Working Days: 8am - 4/5pm
Shift Pattern: 8 hours 5 days a week (job and finish)
Must have - CPC and a Tacho card,
7.5-Tonne Driving License
Key responsibilities
Delivering Glass products to customers all over Knowsley / Northwest. operating an assigned vehicle weighing up to 7.5 tonnes. Driving for short and long distances. Multi drop in the local area Planning deliveries and delivery schedules Working with transport managers to identify and plan the best route to take Ensuring that loads are safe and properly secured Completing delivery paperwork and keeping the logbook up to date Loading and unloading vehicles Making scheduled deliveries to customers as per agreed schedule
Skills
Valid Category C1 (7.5T) driving licence with Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card Physically fit and able to perform repetitive handballing and manual handling tasks Strong time management and route planning skills to meet tight delivery schedules Good communication and customer service skills Attention to detail for accurate scanning and paperwork completion Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities Reliable, punctual, and motivated to work independently Good standard of spoken and written English Previous multi-drop or delivery experience is preferred
