About The Role

Location: Southend On Sea

Hourly rate: 12.70 per hour Working 40 hours a week Day Shift - 0700 - 15:00 Flexible approach to work Full PPE provided

You will be moving furniture and white goods, working primarily for the R4GM Re-Use Team

What will I be doing?

As a 7.5 Tonne Driver, you will be driving our waste vehicles, looking after the operation/loading of vehicles collecting municipal recycling and waste from households.


We expect candidates to deliver a high standard of service and ensuring compliance with Health and Safety rules and contractual requirements at all times.


Working with the Re-Use section of the Greater Manchester Contract


Manual Handling of White goods and Furniture


Rolling trollies for of load and loading


Rail Lift Loading

What are the requirements?

You must be able to demonstrate a passion for professional driving coupled with good communication skills.


Willingness to be part of a successful hardworking team delivering a high level of customer service.


Experience of working in the waste industry and knowledge of the area is desirable


Must have a in date CPC card to be successful.
