We are recruiting on behalf of our client in

Ilketon

for reliable and flexible

7.5 Tonne Drivers

to join their team. This is a general haulage role with a focus on multi-drop deliveries and collections.

The Role

Multi-drop general haulage - typically up to 10 drops per shift with some collections. Work involves manual handling of goods, so a reasonable level of physical fitness is required. Driving across local and regional routes. Operating modern vehicles - our client has recently invested in a new fleet with the latest safety and comfort features. Flexible scheduling - you choose the days you work. Opportunities are available throughout the week, including weekends.

Requirements

A valid UK Category C1 licence (7.5 Tonne). Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card. Previous general haulage or multi-drop experience is desirable but not essential. Good knowledge of UK road networks. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to undertake manual handling safely and effectively.
